Freedom of Information Request for Calderdale and Huddersfield Hospital Trust’s ‘reconfiguration’ business cases

I have sent this Freedom of Information request to Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, following their secretive shenanigans at the most recent Calderdale and Kirklees Joint Health Scrutiny Committee last November, when they refused to present the business cases on the spurious grounds that they were not public documents.
